A withholding tax number, a value-added tax number, and a tax identification plaque must be obtained from the local tax office where the company’s headquarters are located.
Employees of the company must obtain a social security number from the relevant Social Security Administration and be registered with them.
A registration number must be obtained from the relevant Labor Office, and all employees must be registered with that office.
The Trade Registry Office must notify the Ministry of the company’s formation.
